It's all about
Being afraid to fail, feeling safe in what’s comfortable, and believing success is too far out of reach are powerful self-fulfilling prophecies. All too often, the people with the best intentions set themselves up for failure, all without knowing it. There is no way to escape the power of mindset, after all — but you can work together with it, finding a key advantage in the struggle against failure.
Understanding the power of the mind has propelled coach Jen Rulon through 15 different Ironman races and has helped give her the knowledge to pass on to other women through mindset coaching.
